Seat Belt Extenders
I bought seat belt extenders for both of the vehicles that I use. I have always had a problem with the cross belt cutting into my neck. It is wonderful to be able to buckle up and not have this problem now. Feel a lot safer than when I would put the belt behind me and only have the strap across my stomach.

Great intervention for people with stiff sore shoulders or big hands that are hard to get down in to access seatbelt.
