You can exchange or return any product ordered on this website for 365 days. If you ordered elsewhere, we can still assist with an exchange or a refund. Either way, start by filling out this form:
Exchange & Return Processing Time
- We try to process all exchanges and returns within 48 hours of their receipt.
- Please allow for transit time back to you in the event of an exchange.
- Refunds may take a few days to appear on your credit or debit card. Please wait at least 7 days after receiving an email confirming your refund before contacting us about funds not being credited to your account.
- Return shipping is FREE when you purchase on seatbeltextenderpros.com. If you placed your order elsewhere, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for merchandise that either does not reach us or arrives damaged or only in part.
- While USPS First Class Mail may be the cheapest way to return your extenders, please use tracking and/or insurance or a private carrier if you are worried about your merchandise's arrival.
Shipping Exchanges to You
- We will gladly ship out exchanges from us to you for no additional shipping charges.
- All exchanges ship with our standard shipping service, regardless of the original shipping carrier or speed selected. If you require a private carrier or faster shipping, please note that on your form, as we may not otherwise contact you before your exchange has already been reshipped, and we cannot retain that request before your exchange has arrived back to us. If you want an expedited shipping service, we will contact you to process those charges.
Reimbursing or Refunding Shipping
- We cannot refund shipping charges.
- The only exception to the strict rule above is if the item did not arrive in the designated amount of time according to the tracking number of the package and the shipping time was guaranteed by the nature of the service. This excludes cases when extreme weather conditions prevented shipping to your area, when the wrong address was provided, or when, for instance, you live in a neighborhood that does not allow delivery after certain hours, though, delivery was attempted.
- If you are entitled to a return shipping label but you ship your items back before corresponding with us, we cannot reimburse your shipping costs. We can never reimburse shipping charges. We can only provide return shipping labels.
Other Common Exchange Issues
- If your extender is returned for exchange and we don't have an extender to try in your vehicle, then we will issue a refund.
- If the extender you need costs more or less than one sent back for exchange, we will either refund you the difference or contact you about processing payment for the difference.
- Items sent back without relevant order information cannot be processed.
- Damaged extenders cannot be returned within any timeframe. Please review the disclaimer for related details.
- Refunds can only be issued in the same method by which the original payment was made, though, we reserve the right to refund in another way.
