Our shipping policies are designed to be fast, easy and great for you, which is why we ship FREE around the world with our network of distribution centers.

All estimated delivery times refer to standard business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

How does free shipping work?

Free shipping will be displayed at checkout, and has these timeframes:

  • United States: 5 - 10 business days
  • European Union: 4 - 10 business days (does not include tracking number)
  • Everywhere Else: 30 - 45 business days (does not include tracking number)

Free shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delivery times can be delayed by extreme weather conditions, high package volume and other factors, especially during the peak holiday season. 

A collective slow down in mail systems and air traffic around the world due to COVID-19 has impacted transit times. We have tried to update our transit times to reflect these complications, and encourage you to select Premium shipping if you have concerns.

What are the options for faster shipping in the US?

For U.S. customers, we offer a handful of guaranteed expedited shipping services.

  • 3 business days for $5.99
  • 2 business days for $6.99 (or FREE with $35+ purchase)
  • 1-2 business days for $17.99
  • Overnight for $29*

U.S. orders must be placed by 1 p.m. EST to ship out that day.

*If you select overnight shipping but use a PO Box, we will send your order with USPS Priority Express service, which is a 1-2 day service. To avoid this please make sure that you do not use a PO Box as your address when choosing this service.

Please note that as a result of COVID-19, both Fedex and UPS have canceled their service level guarantees. You can read more about this here for Fedex and here for UPS. As a result, while we will use the correct service, we are unable to officially guarantee shipping times, and following these carriers' policies will be unable to refund expedited shipping charges for related delays.

What are the options for faster shipping around the world?

For non-U.S. customers there are two expedited services offered: Premium and Express.†

Premium Shipping is a tracked service sent from the United States and the general time frames are:

  • Canada: 8 - 18 business days (includes tracking)
  • Everywhere Else: 10 - 25 business days (includes tracking)

Express Shipping is a tracked service with Fedex, UPS, DHL, or TNT with these guaranteed time frames:

  • Europe: 1 - 2 business days
  • Everywhere Else: 1 - 5 business days

If you choose Express or Premium service, please make sure that you choose a delivery address where you can be reached during the day, as some private carriers will not leave the package with anyone but the designated recipient.

† Express shipping is not available to Israel due to customs delays and charges.

If I order with an expedited service, when will my order ship?

As long as you order by 1 p.m. EST on a U.S. business day, your order will be packed and shipped the same day. Please take into account mail holidays when calculating which service you need.  

For example, orders placed before 1 p.m. Wednesday with 2-Day Shipping will arrive Friday. Orders placed after 1 p.m. EST on Wednesday are the same as those ordered on Thursday and will arrive by Monday.

All expedited services include priority handling, so those orders will go to the front of our shipping queue, ensuring that some get into the mail stream even faster.

We want to get your package to you as fast as possible, so we may ship your order with a private carrier. Private carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes, which can cause delivery delays or failures. For expedited orders, please provide a street address (not a PO Box or Pack Station address). If a PO Box is provided as the shipping address, we will ship the order as requested, yet we cannot reship or refund shipping costs.

What are Route tracking and Route+ Insurance?

Route is a free premium tracking service via a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. 

Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

How do customs and duties work?

All US orders ship from within the US and have no customs and duties.

All European orders ship from within the EU and have no customs and duties.

Orders shipping anywhere else may have customs and duties, over which we have no control. The customer is responsible for customs and duties.

How long does it take to ship out orders?

98% of orders ship out within one business day of being placed. If your order is placed before 1 p.m. EST, there is a good chance it will be shipped out that same day, although this is not guaranteed unless you choose an expedited service.

How can you help if my package doesn't arrive on time?

If an order placed with an expedited service does not arrive by the scheduled delivery date - which will be determined based on available tracking information - then we will cheerfully refund the cost you paid for shipping.

How will I know that my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with details when your order is shipped.

Will I get a tracking number?

Most U.S. customers will receive a shipping notification email that includes a tracking number. Please remember that tracking isn't always updated in a timely fashion by shipping carriers, so please allow a little time for everything to register in their systems.

Please note that some orders under 5 ounces in shipping weight may be shipped with an untracked service. This rarely changes the nature of their arrival.

If your shipping address is outside of the U.S., you will get a tracking number if you choose Premium or Express service.

Where will my order ship from?

Customers in the US will almost always have their orders shipped from Alpharetta, GA.

European customers will have their orders shipped from our EU warehouse in Budapest, Hungary.

Customers in most other countries will have their orders shipped from our US warehouse, depending on the service chosen.
