Outstanding Customer Service
I experienced a customer service I have not experienced before in other online/e-commerce situations. My initial order was shipped incorrectly and then I did a mistake during the second order. I experienced an outstanding customer service response time via email and very enaged drive to help me with my problems. In addition the whole returning of the wrong itmes was handeld very generously. THANK YOU.

Doesn’t click well
Takes 3-10 seconds every time for it to click and kids now have to add a second step of pulling on the seat belt to make sure it is secure. Quite the hazard to be honest (sometimes seems it clicked but actually hasn’t)

AUDI Q7 SEAT EXTENDER
This was my third stop . I tried other from e bay and will not fit or clamp into the metal mount. Audi made it very tough to make this work with after market products. It fits works okay may take few clicks before takes hold. and does have some play in it. I used it with the car booster seat. Since the car seat is wide was blocking the original Audi Q7 clip. I bought the extenders from Extender Pros. Works but not great. Needs further adjustment by the engineering department.
