Keep these instructions with the extender for future reference and review them before use. Use and purchase of the extender constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to the following:

3. Seat belt extenders are only for use by passengers who otherwise cannot properly fasten the seat belt required for use during flight. Follow all applicable seat belt requirements and the airline’s instructions before installing or using this product. Those who can properly use the airplane’s existing seat belt should not use an extender. Using an extender when it is not needed can introduce unnecessary slack and may increase the risk of injury.
4. Information, products and services made available are provided on an entirely "as is" and "as available" basis. Seat Belt Extender Pros products should only be purchased from authorized resellers. Seat Belt Extender Pros distributors, authorized resellers, licensors, licensees, assigns, affiliates, and representatives, as well as the brand (collectively "SBEP") make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. SBEP disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, accuracy, security, or non-infringement.

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SBEP from any liability or damages of any kind including, but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages arising from the use of the website where the product was purchased, researched or otherwise found, from the product itself or from any information, content, materials, products or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the website, communications with representatives, blogs or other written materials of SBEP.
6. Regulatory, certification, approval, testing, marking, and similar product information may have different legal significance or applicability depending on the jurisdiction, aircraft, product, and use. The User is solely responsible for determining how any such information applies under applicable laws, regulations, airline requirements, safety standards, and other requirements governing their travel and use of the product.
7. Do not use seat belt extenders in a fashion for which they are not intended. You agree that use of the seat belt extender is at your own risk. Do not force the metal tongue of the extender or the airplane seat belt into the other’s receptacle. Do not use the extender to change the intended fit of the seat belt across the lap. Never use the extender if the lap strap cannot be adjusted snugly across the hips. Never use the extender without first reading and following the manufacturer’s label and tag attached to or on the extender, as well as applicable airline instructions regarding seat belt and seat belt extender use. Do not use the extender to connect the seat belts of two different seats. Never use an extender that adds more length than the minimum additional length necessary to fasten the seat belt properly. Do not use this extender with a child restraint. Do not use this extender during pregnancy unless its use has been specifically approved by the airline and the user’s medical provider. Do not give, lend, resell, or otherwise transfer a used extender to another person. Do not use a second-hand extender or any extender whose history, condition, or prior use is unknown. No seat belt extender can guarantee protection from injury or death.
8. No extender is ever guaranteed to click, securely latch, fit, or function with any particular seat belt, aircraft, or airline. Compatibility information, including airline- or aircraft-specific guidance, is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of fit. This remains true regardless of where the extender was purchased or obtained, or whether compatibility information, recommendations, or suggestions were available before purchase or use.
9. User is solely responsible for determining whether the extender, as an after-market product, is the proper fit, securely latched or should be used at all. User agrees to be solely responsible for any related consequences, damages or losses that may result from the use of the extender. User agrees that no methods, means or suggestions offered anywhere, including but not limited to any website, blog, written materials or by any agent of SBEP, of determining potential fitment, security or correctness of the seat belt extender is a sufficient or exhaustive means of determining a secure latch, click, or fit, and such information should not be treated as a guarantee of compatibility or proper use. Sole responsibility for determining correct fitment, clicking, secure latching and whether the extender should be used in a particular airline, aircraft, seat belt, or seating location lies with the User regardless of information provided by any website, blog, or other source of information.
10. When available, only use an extender supplied by the airline. When available, only use an extender manufactured by the same supplier as the safety belt with which the extender is being used.
11. Do not modify or alter the extender or the airplane's seat belt in any way. Do not use the extender with any other products or devices that alter any part of or the entire seat belt assembly and/or seat belt extender configuration. The use, introduction or incorporation of any other product or device may impede the seat belt assembly and seat belt extender’s functionality. Do not use the extender with a seat belt that appears to have been altered, damaged, or modified in a way that could affect the extender’s fit or function.
12. Inspect the extender before each use. Clean as necessary and maintain it in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, applicable airline instructions, and any laws, regulations, or other requirements governing the use of the extender during air travel. Do not use the extender if its condition has been compromised.
13. Before each use, buckle and unbuckle the extender to confirm that both connections latch securely and release properly. Never use the extender if either connection does not latch securely, if either side releases without lifting the appropriate release flap, or if either release flap is dirty, obstructed, or does not move freely. Stop using the extender until proper function has been restored.
14. Make sure you maintain access to your seat belt receptacle and the extender's receptacle at all times in case you need to access either in the event of an emergency.
15. Stop using the extender if the stitching or the webbing is or becomes loose or frayed or the integrity of the extender is or becomes compromised in any way. Stop using the extender after any accident, impact, abnormal loading, or other event that may have damaged or placed unusual force on the extender, even if no damage is visible. Stop using the extender after three (3) years.
16. Failure to properly secure or securely latch your seat belt and your seat belt extender increases the risk of serious injury or death in the event of, but not limited to, a sharp drop in altitude, sudden stop, turbulence, crash, or any other unexpected airplane behavior or maneuver.
17. Notwithstanding the above, airline policies regarding passenger-provided seat belt extenders may vary, and the User must follow the airline’s instructions regarding whether and how this extender may be used. User agrees and acknowledges that they are responsible for confirming with the airline the acceptability of the extender’s use for the intended flight or use and for contacting the airline directly with any question regarding the extender or its use. The mention of specific airlines is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement by any airline company or brand.
18. If any information provided elsewhere by SBEP conflicts with this disclaimer, the most recently published version of this disclaimer shall govern as to those matters. All product, product specifications, and data are subject to change without notice. Failure to follow these notices, waivers, disclaimers, and warnings regarding purchase, use, and installation of the seat belt extender could result in serious injury or death.
