Our shipping policies are designed to be fast, easy and great for you, which is why we ship FREE around the world from our US distribution center.

All estimated delivery times refer to standard business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

How does free shipping work?

Free shipping will be displayed at checkout, and has these time frames:

  • United States: 7 - 10 business days (no minimum order required)
  • Canada: 8 - 14 business days (with minimum $60 order)
  • Europe: 9 - 20 business days (with minimum $60 order)
  • Everywhere Else: 10 - 25 business days (with minimum $60 order)

Free shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delivery times can be delayed by extreme weather conditions, high package volume and other factors, especially during the peak holiday season. 

For non-US destinations, shipping estimates do not include any time spent in local customs.

What are the options for faster shipping in the US?

For U.S. customers, we offer a handful of expedited shipping services.

  • About 4 business days for the flat rate of $5.99
  • 2 business days - FREE when you spend over $60 (when you spend less than $60, 2-day shipping is calculated at checkout)
  • 1 business day - Overnight with UPS or Fedex Guaranteed (calculated at checkout)

U.S. orders must be placed by 1 p.m. EST to ship out that day.

*If you select 2-day or overnight shipping but use a PO Box, we will send your order with a comparable USPS service that may take a day longer than intended. To guarantee the speed you pay for, please make sure that you do not use a PO Box as your address when choosing these expedited services.

What are the options for shipping around the world?

For non-U.S. customers there are three shipping services available: Economy, Premium, and Express.

Economy Shipping is a non-tracked service, and the approximate time frames are:

  • Canada: 15 - 24 business days
  • Europe: about 30 business days
  • Everywhere Else: 30 - 45 business days

Premium Shipping is a tracked service, and the approximate time frames are:

  • Canada: 8 - 14 business days
  • Europe: 9 - 20 business days
  • Everywhere Else: 10 - 25 business days

Premium Shipping is available for free to most countries with an order of $60 or more.

Express Shipping is a tracked service sent with a private carrier like UPS or Fedex. Transit time are:

  • Australia: 1 - 4 business days
  • Canada: 1 - 3 business days
  • Europe: 1 - 3 business days
  • Everywhere Else†: 1 - 5 business days

If you choose Express or Premium shipping services, please make sure that you choose a delivery address where you can be reached during the day, as some private carriers will not leave the package with anyone but the designated recipient. We do not control this, and kindly ask that you coordinate with the carrier in the event of related issues.

Please note that all shipping times are approximate and do not include any time in local customs. Shipping to non-US destinations is not refundable based on transit time; it is only refundable in the event of non-arrival.

Shipping costs differ by country and will display in the shopping cart and at checkout after you input your shipping address.

† Express shipping is not available to Israel due to customs delays and charges.

If I order with an expedited service, when will my order ship?

As long as you order by 1 p.m. EST on a U.S. business day, your order will be packed and shipped the same day. Please take into account business days and mail holidays when calculating which service you need for all expedited options, including Overnight.

For example, orders placed before 1 p.m. Wednesday with 2-Day Shipping will arrive Friday. Orders placed after 1 p.m. EST on Wednesday are the same as those ordered on Thursday and will arrive by Monday.

All expedited services include priority handling, so those orders will go to the front of our shipping queue, ensuring that some get into the mail stream even faster.

We want to get your package to you as fast as possible, so we may ship your order with a private carrier. Private carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes, which can cause delivery delays or failures. For 2-Day and 1-Day expedited orders, please provide a street address (not a PO Box or Pack Station address). If a PO Box is provided as the shipping address, we will ship the order as requested, yet we cannot reship or refund shipping costs.

How do customs and duties work?

All orders ship from the United States. Accordingly, US orders have no customs and duties.

Orders shipping outside the US may have VAT, customs, duties, or import fees, over which we have no control. The recipient is responsible for knowing the rules in their country and for all of these costs.

How long does it take to ship out orders?

98% of orders ship out within one business day of being placed. If your order is placed before 1 p.m. EST, there is a good chance it will be shipped out that same day, although this is not guaranteed unless you choose an expedited service.

How can you help if my package doesn't arrive on time?

If an order to a US address placed with a guaranteed expedited service does not arrive by the scheduled delivery date - which will be determined based on available tracking information - then we will cheerfully refund the cost you paid for shipping. Free shipping is a non-guaranteed delivery time frame, and the "About 4 Day" service is also not guaranteed, and therefore its price is non-refundable; please note that 91% of orders with this service arrive by the 4th day.

Transit times for orders to non-US destinations are all highly likely but technically only approximate. Shipping prices paid for orders to non-US destinations is not refundable unless the order is lost as determined by the carrier and us.

How will I know that my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with details when your order is shipped.

Will I get a tracking number?

Your shipping notification email will include a tracking number (unless you choose Economy Shipping to a non-US destination, though, we reserve the right to upgrade your service at our expense to include tracking).
